Some wishes for the quest-system

Heya all.

First off I couldn't find any thread containing my points so I blatantly made a new one. If anyone finds this information to be placed somewhere else, please move it (as long as I could get some feedback on my thoughts).

When playing in a party and conversing with an NPC, only you see that conversation and noone else.
If anyone else starts talking to the very same NPC while you are and finish the conversation you sometimes get to finish it yourself or it simply just disappears and you don't get all the info unless your partymember(s) tell you what they said.
However, if you talk to a NPC when someone else have already begun talking to that NPC and the original converser finishes the little chat, the conversation is over for everyone.

This presents a problem while doing quests where you have to ask in some kind of chat (or VOIP) if everyone has finished reading the conversation.

A workaround for this problem is very important in my eyes.

I did a test today where we was about to grab the Crown of Neverwinter.
I took the crown on the pedestal and got my journal updated with the lore for "The Crown of Neverwinter" but my friend did not get the journal entry.

As I see it there is no way for my friend to get that journalentry unless he starts the quest over (if at all possible) or joins someone else doing the quest and he takes the crown (which in turn means the one he followed will NOT get the update).

This problem also exists in the Foundryquest.

I hope our fine developers can find a way to amend this even though it's not a bug or fault in the game. It's simply something that others have sorted out in a few workarounds in many other games and I was quite surprised it worked that way in this brand new game.

We're soon out of Beta and I hope this will be "fixed" prior to release.

Sincerely, Lavandel.
