    Bump, this problem still exsists.

    I bought the Guardians founder pack and received nothing.

    Sent a e-mail to PW but no response for 2 days now.

    The customer service for this title is horribad, almost regretting buying anything from PW.

    Have you all tried going to the Founders Merchant? He is straight across from Sgt. Knox.

    There you can "Purchase" your founders rewards (They don't actually cost anything as long as you have a founders pack on your account)

    Founders merchant has no extra tab for me, no items in the mail and no astral diamonds at the exchange. Still without my stuff and my money. Help is needed here please. Its been days and still nothing. Ive completed the quests, checked daily. Nothing. I have 2 tickets in as well. Please help!

    I have also purchased the pack and not received anything. Nothing in mail, at founders vendor nor any ad's. Been 2 days now...
