Hidden Enemy NPC in "Dragon Attack"

I can't see to /bug this bug. It keeps timeout out when trying to submit it.
In the quest "Dragon Attack" near the entrance to the mausoleum, the is a spawn of two Cult of the Dragon Initiates and an ambush of Kobolds. There is a section of the corridor that fenced off. There is a treasure chest and there are 2 spit traps across the open areas of the fences off section.
When my character is near the treasure chest and the two traps near the chest, I enter into combat mode. I can't open the chest nor disarm the traps near it There is apparently an enemy NPC in the map geometry or beneath the ground.
Note: And why is the /loc command disabled in the game client? I would have been useful in giving you local on the map instead of me having to describe the location.
