Web account verification email issue

I am trying to change my email address associated with my account and I didn't get the verification email to the new address, so I hit 'resend verification email' and it still didn't send it to me.

I have re-sent it about a dozen times now and not received any of them.

What is going on??

    Switch from chrome to IE and it worked fine... freakin wierd
