login issues

lately i have been having issues with the login, i bought the founders pack, when i go to log in i get to the 'retrieving characters' part and then i continuously get disconnected from server and its been like that since yesterday, someone please help, or point me in the right direction on how i can get this fixed.

    if you didn't already, immediatly send a tech ticket to the devs explaining the issue and note them when did you buy the pack. Perhaps there might be some issues with pack implementing since it's still beta.
    you can also make a post on the upper thread of this section, the "report founders purchase issues"

    hmm cheers, i can get past the log in part easy, its retrieving characters part i get up to every time and it will drop out there. i have put in a ticket about it, no idear whats happening with it tho :/

    every day i have login issues can not connect with the server grrrr
