Cannot create my own Foundry character...

The first time I tried to load up the Foundry it said character creation failed and I had to relog in.

After logging back in it went to the Foundry fine, but I got stuck with this random created character who is bugged he can't equip anything or use his skill points, and he has no stats. This makes it hard to test my content with him since all he can do is use auto-kill to defeat enemies.

Is there anyway to delete the Foundry test character so I can create my own to use? I can't find anyway to access the Foundry on it's own or even see my Foundry character to delete them.

    You need to reach level 15 with a main character in game first, after that you can log out and enter the foundry it will auto generate a foundry avatar for you.

    I have access to the Foundry right from day 1 it's the perk of the pack that I bought, I already have a Foundry character and have been playing him, but then when I logged back in he was broken. It skipped the creation on me so I am stuck with a boring premade human but the real issue is him being broken and not able to fight or use skills. This makes it impossible to actually test the combat situations with him for my Foundry missions.
