Recruiting Officers!

Elysium guild is now Recruiting Officers!!
In my opinion, a group or a guild should have officers first before recruiting other members.
I don't like to mass recruiting.

Anyway,
My desire of the guild is to make everyone get something from this community, either mentally and physically.
So I am planning to have events every week and month for members to earn prizes.
But I need Officers and above to discuss about what kind of event we should have, how to recruit members, who we recruit.

Requirements to be an Officer

1. Respect members
2. creative thoughts
3. don't get advantages of your position.
4. Leadership

( + Good language skills)


Requirements to be a member

1. Respect
2. We will take care about members, so don't worry about requirements



How to Join

For members
Go to the guild NPC or Contact one of our officers

For Officers
Contact me via PM in-game or forum.
Or you can be a member first and then choose to be an officer later



Guild Structure


Guild Leaders - in charge of General guild matters

Senior Officers - In charge of Officers

Officers - In charge of each officer's members

Members - Members will be attached to a specific Officer, regarding time zone or preferance

Recruit - All the Recruits will be members as soon as they join the guild site.(under construction) Or waiver from an officer.

Good luck with your search pale, i believe u shouldn't recruit officers. Instead recruit members,and those who meet the requirements and those loyal which you think could be good officers just ask them is they want to be such rank. That's what i believe, not trolling or flaming just a little advice.
