Where is the Pirate hat?

I cannot seem to find the pirate hat that people were awarded for playing at the specified hour on BW3.

Anyone else had any luck?

I think it needs to be claimed from a specific vendor? also note that it is a 'costume' hat not a helmet, so you need to swap your appearance to the costume tab (civilian clothes)
