Stuck at " Loading "

so ya... sucks

first loading bar goes thru , " no music or anything by the way "

then just says


Neverwinter

Loading...

and gets stuck...

how is it I have no problem alpha - bw4 and day one of the so called launch is a mess?
I never understood this.

    In beta everything worked fine

    yea this is the same problem im getting. cant get past that neverwinter load screen to play at all.

    EDIT: after messing around I think I figured out the cause of this and how to fix it. for me after the cryptic load screen finished there would be one or two flashes on the screen right before the neverwinter one. they would only last a second or two but it turns out one of them is the screen configuration I think. that configuration wouldent load and I think that's what causes the game to stop responding.

    the way that I fixed it as by running the troubleshoot compatability on neverwinter once. when I did the game got to the neverwinter load screen and it lasted a while but eventually it loaded the screen configuration. after I did that It took me to the character creation screen but throughout this I had no sound. I closed the game and then launched it again normally without the troubleshoot compatabilty settings and it went through the load screens fine and I had sound.

    hope this fixes your problem like it did mine.

    I had a similar problem, only it was at the zone loading screen (loading Protector's Enclave...), and it was only for one of my characters - the others loaded fine. I ended up loading in Safe Mode, and it loaded fine. Then went back to normal loading, and the problem appears to have fixed itself.

    FYI - Safe Mode can be accessed before logging in - upper-right corner of launcher - Options.

    I'm having the same problem with a couple of characters the only similarity between then is that their both standing at the Invocation Training area in the blue circle. I logged them off at that area and Now i get an Eternal Loading Protector's Enclave screen. I watched a 30 minute tv show went back still hadn't entered. Not sure what to do about this. Tried loading in Safe Mode did nothing, Tried Force Verify, did nothing, Tried Fast Loading, did nothing. So i'm out of options.

    I'm having the exact issues. I can log into my other toon but cannot log onto my main.

    I have been having the same issue for the last week. I have my Lvl 55 and lvl 37 in the Protectors Enclave and can not get past the loading screen. It just stays there and will not progress. I can get on my lvl 36 and lvl 15 have not tried my lvl 17. My lvl 36 is in protectors enclave. my lvl 15 is in tower distract and can get on her. This has screwed my celestial and ardent coin ability and lvling ability. This is a major BUG and needs to be fixed. I have uninstalled and re installed the game and have tried to repair.

    PLEASE FIX THIS B U G ! ! !

    Turn down graphics settings with the first two sliders, all the way down to 50%, one is the render scale and forget the name of the other at the moment. The sliders are located under the "Video" tab.

    Do this after you've logged in, but before you've selected the character you which to load. The Options button should be on the lower lefthand side of your screen.

    Select the character that's been having the issue and it should load properly, and quickly, but your game will look horrible. once in-game, reset the graphic sliders to your choosing.

    Many people have reported that other workarounds such as "Safe Mode" etc. do not work, and I have found the same to be true for me also.

    This is the ONLY way I can get my Main level 60 to load into Protector's Enclave when first loading the game.

    Silly Silly.

    This is really Annoying.

    I can log my lvl 60 cleric fine but not my Lvl 26 Rogue :(

    I have tries all the above suggestions and none of them worked

    Gonna give up for the night

    Thanks i just tried it and got unstuck with both toons that were stuck in never-ending load screen. I definitely moved them both out of Protector's Enclave.
