Messed up payment ?

Ok, so yesterday I bought the guardian pack. Sort of.

I used a visa debit card to pay through paypal. The on screen message afterwards said "payment rejected" (most likely because I didn't have enough funds) but then I got all sorts of messages saying "Thank you", "Here's your stuff" blah blah blah as if it all went well. Even the this website says I bought it and I can't attempt to buy it again as the guardian pack button is greyed out. However I don't have the forum title for some reason.

Yeah, I'm used to messing up stuff like this, it always happens to me.

    You have to set the forum title manually.
    Go to "User CP" at the top and search for "Permission Groups" on the left.

    If you're able to set the title, I assume you'll be able to play (with the advantages of a Guardian pack) as well.
    So at least there's that :p

    Indeed but not reporting bugs/exploits and just using them tends to come back and bite you in the ***. :D

    I got a similar thing. Mine said, Pending then Accepted and then Rejected. I opened a ticket and was told everything was fine. They were pretty quick to respond. Otherwise, just try to log in when you are supposed to and call them if it doesn't work. gl

    Oh sorry, I'm not encouraging you to keep it quiet. It's just not something I can help with :p
    Guess you should contact support, billing issues are usually not handled on the forums.

    Just be aware that most automatic systems will provide you with a product, until the payment response comes back to those systems to confirm that the payment was rejected, which normally results in the product being removed or the account in question being banned, until the payment has been received.

    So I would really recommend you go ahead and contact their customer support right now to avoid any future problems. Especially with the Early Access just around the corner.

    I had the same problem so i had my brother do it and it went through. But assuming you have the guardian tittle everything is in order.
