Every time I've been away from my computer for a while, I refresh the news section of the main page for updates then jump back into the forums.
Since the new Patch Notes section of the Website has been active I have never seen less than one person 'viewing' the empty section.
As much as I am keen to learn about the changes, remember people: A watched kettle never boils, and the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. (temporary insanity though it might be.)
