Made me want to keep reading after the text had ended, so I think the background for a fun character is taking root.

On one side of the mountain, there were bones...
Seems like Oghma is the obvious choice for deity.
Which is fine because Oghma accepts all alignments for worshippers. He is Unaligned in 4e. (Not sure if that's the case in the MMO)
The main problem I see is there is no Call to Action
And she seems to already be acting as a hero in the Ordinary World, so I don't really get a feel of how the character will change.
Nor why she chooses to go to Neverwinter. Nor what she truly hopes to accomplish.
I think you have to bump those last two motivations up a couple notches. At the very least.
Call to action: you are right, the demon awakening alone is kind of hollow. Honestly I was not sure if Teiflings had demons in 4e, (I read there were a lot of changes - but not sure what they were.)
Oghma: I read he was true neutral in 3e somewhere so I was not sure- I prob will use him then. I like the quest for knowledge and might use that as my 'call' so to speak - thirst for knowledge and all that. TY Ill try to repost in a few days with my updates.
Fish: No no, I dont know D&D like some of you guys. Some posts here make me feel like I am reading a different language (I did not know there were multiple editions until a few months ago). But I really want to get into this game - so time for me to at least start working on it and ditch the tourist in me.
