Racial Paragon Path:

I know that NWO will have paragon classes and that is a great addition to the game but has anyone heard if they are going to implement Racial Paragons? Here is an excerpt from wizard of the coast official website. I think this would alleviate some of the issue with character being very linear. What does everyone else think?
