Replay quests like in STO (Star Trek Online)

(Decided to make another topic in the General Discussion since the beta forums won't be up that much longer)
Like the topic says, that's a feature I feel is missing from the game. Now for those that havn't played STO (Star Trek Online), there's a feature within the game that lets you replay missions(quests) whenever you want to, so if you missed something on your first playthrough, or just want to play with some friends that are a couple of ranks(levels) lower, you can do that easily with a push of the button.
I feel like this feature would be really handy and could help answer some of the suggestions I've read on the forums. For example, many people have posted that they want to be able to replay old dungeons, play with friends that are lower level than them. Well this would let you do that more easier. Simply just pick the quest for the dungeon or the quest your friend is one and have at it. They would probably have to scale the content or the player levels when dooing this(Like they do in STO). I do know the engine can do some of that already(The foundry does this).
I've heard that your friend can share quests with you and you can play togheter that way, has anyone tested this? How good is it? Do you get to hear all the dialogue and pickup rewards etc? I'd still rather see a system like in STO instead of having to share quests.
So discuss, is this something you would want to see?

but doungeons have a lvlcap of 4lvls (eg; 16-20) so they can share the quest with you but that doesnt mean you can go and join the dungeon if your lvl21 -,- wich sucks for those who want to help lower lvls accomplish dungeon content ^^
Then quest sharing works, however I'd still rather have a system like in STO which would let you do it by yourself, not having to have a friend share the quest with you. I guess dungeons would still be hard to do with the STO feature seeing that you won't be able to queue up and if the content scale you need to find a group with other people then go to the dungeon in order to do it (you might be able to do that already?? or are you barred from entering the dungeon if you out level it?)
