Lore Question: The Wizard Killing Flying Sword

So I think recently there was an issue of Dragon or dungeon magazine which talk about a flying sword in sword coast(or maybe it was in some other place, but related to FR).

The sword flies and whenever it sees a mage, stabs him/her. The mage has to fight the sword and if he can't he dies.

If mage wins, the sword flies off to somewhere else.

It only attacks the mages. I remember an official picture in which the sword stabbed the mage from behind, it was greenish.


Now if a kind soul who has read about it, point me to where I read it, which issue(or around which month) I would be very thankful. Or if someone can tell me its official name then I can search for it.

I have used it in my foundry, but I need to have its details in my archieve (real name) for later quests.

Sounds nice though! Wish we had things like that in-game also. Like class specific encounters (not talking about class quests)

I do have this feature in my quest "Selunite Way". It is between the troll and Ashadai collecting the shipment. Only for mages, it wont appear for others.
