-- does skill using breaking Stealth?
-- what is max second that we can stay in Stealth?
-- did any lvl 50 rogues from betas tested high Stealth build?

    1. At-Will powers dont break stealth and as far as I can tell dailies did neither in BW4. Encounter powers however do break stealth and gain a bonus effect if used from stealth.
    2. 10 seconds is the base stealth length as far as I'm aware. That can be increased with feats.
    3. High stealth builds were substantially nerfed in BW4 due to the change to gloaming cut and the removal of the bonus stealth dmg passive. It's not really a viable choice anymore imo.
