connection probem

staff can not do the game is loading and boot it after me and says to check my connection, however it's all ok with the connection as I enter another game normally, it began to occur after an update I made on 05 April when I went to play the alpha, what should I do, because I paid for the game and now I can not enter

    Check the DMZ settings on your router/modem
