Bug-Nast egg quest! I found myself at the bottom of floor

When I was reading the scroll in the finish of Nast Egg quest I cannot collect my reward. Meanwhile I was reading The Server not responded and disconnected me when I enterred again I found myself in ground below, I was able to move but what a bug. I do not know how to fix it because if I died I couldn't collect the reward.
So what should I do?

Screen resolution of 1920 x 1200, hide armor and zoom button are hardly visible
