Log in issue

hello, when i try to log in, every time it wrote that i am using wrong username or password, but surely i am using corret username and password, anyone knows what to do??

I am having same problem. Just set up a new account for a friend to send a beta key to. Wont let him log in, says either wrong password or id, or that the account needs to be activated. When we attempt to activate it says account has already been activated. When we try for password or id recovery / reset it tells us that the email is not attatched to an account. So then we tried starting all over and creating an account which resulted in "that email is already in use" Starting to look like it will be near impossible to get an account set up and working for the beta this weekend and getting no help, probably because all the techs are busy with the beta itself. Very frustrated.

Use they email to log in instead of the Username. Worked for me.

i have same problem...i want to use email but i cant write @ to frame

i download the launcher....then i registered(i didnt get activation mail or something)...but i can normal login at neverwinter page but cant login at launcher...any idea? btw i cant write @ to login frame....plz help me

I am assuming this is the same issue I encountered when they made me link my account to log in. Try logging in via gateway to double check if that is the case.
