Cant complete the daily foundry quest, as it dont seem to register that I done any. BTW I done both Green 'qualify for foundry rewards' and red 'don't qualify for foundry rewards' quests.

I encountered this as well today with the start of open beta and bugged it in game:

After picking up the Daily Foundry quest I completed foundry quest Bean's Revenge. Its description states "This quest is also eligible for the Daily Foundry quest rewards". But Daily Foundry did not complete. It still says: Complete an eligible Foundry Quest.
After starting the foundry quest I exited and re-entered the quest instance once.
    Character: Level 11 Devoted Cleric
Daily Foundry level is 10 in the quest log.

Did you talk to Rhix again after completing the quest? He should give you your diamonds.

I just had the same problem. Completed the eligible foundry quest and the daily quest is still in my journal as if not completed. Tried to talk to Rhix again and he just tells me how you get diamonds. Not sure what's up.

As you level you need to complete more of them to get a complete. Is it possible you missed the fact that you need to do more than 1? (At higher levels)
