Participation in BW4 with BW3 Key?

Hello - maybe im blind - maybe Ive searched wrong but I couldnt find an answer:

Will people who got a key for BW3 be able to play in BW4?

    No. It is only for Founders and those who can receive a Friend's Key that has not been used yet.
