Looking for relatively hardcore guild.

Hey guys. I played BWE3 and really enjoyed the game so I've decided to try to find a decent guild to run with at launch.
What I'm looking for is:
1. A relatively hardcore guild. What I mean by that is players who are generally very active in game and are interested in progressing through end game dungeons as fast as possible. This doesn't need to be the only goal, and it doesn't need to be like amazingly hardcore staying up 3 days straight to get a world first dungeon clear, but I am looking for people who are MMO veterans and do want to get to end game content rather quickly.
2. An interest in PvP. I'm looking for a guild that will have a lot of players who are interested in running premade PvP groups for fun once we reach level 60.
So those are the two biggest factors for me. I will not be RPing in this game however I don't care if my guild does as long as I'm not required to participate.
A bit about me, I've been playing games competitive for a long time. I played on two of the top guild wars 2 teams and have been in world first raiding guilds. My intention is not to be that hardcore in Neverwinter, at least not at launch since there will be no raids or ranked PvP, but I am a competitive player and love to progress through PvE and do lots of PvP. I'm 20 and am taking a break from college after studying finance for 2 and a half years. I'm currently learning programming on my own and trying to see where that might lead... I'm pretty easy to get along with so don't expect any drama from me.
I will warn any potential guilds that I may not be playing neverwinter in the long term. I've been playing MMOs for 10 years so I'm well aware of the potential letdowns this genre is prone to produce but again I did really enjoy my time in BWE3, but I'm not going to make the assumption that my opinion won't change a month after release. Basically any guild that is interested will need to be okay with the fact that I could only be around for a month or two if things don't work out as hoped.
