Simple guide, for any newbie players just starting neverwinter wanting to play Rogue, just the basics.
- Skills (Daily powers, At will, and Encounter powers)
- Skill layouts that I found useful for soloing, I didn't party unless I had to for a quest.
- Feat. points that I used.
- Touched base on attributes.
- Gear
- Companions
I could also use some corrections from someone who capped a Rogue last weekend, I know that there are few things that I was wrong about. Thanks.

I found Deulest's flurry to be quite useful. I used it when ever I was on something that was going to take awhile to burn down, and I knew I had a few seconds that I didn't have to dodge. If you can set yourself up with a full flurry, it actually delivers more DPS than a few flourishes, and it looks like AP are generated per strike rather than per dmg, so when Lurker's Assault is up, you can maintain it a lot longer.
The devs have stated that they wanted it to be a big risk, big reward power.
Also, Blitz is pretty useful, especially in dungeons. It's our only reliable source of burst AoE.
If specced for max Action Point generation, if you roll up on a pack of 5 or 6 minions, hit stealth and then smash them with Blitz and you instantly fill up 1/3 to 1/2 of your AP Die.
Not to mention it can nearly flatten a minion pack with one attack if you get lucky with crits.
