Cloak tower: Return to instance button persists even when out of party.

After completing the cloak tower, 2 of us were left in the party, 2 great weapon dwarves, I was the party leader, and i decided to kick the other player, thats when the bug happened, the return to instance button is still visible and active in my GUI, i cannot join other instances, Tried leaving the game and re-logging in, no change.

I dissapeared after a cutscene during the spellplague questline, after 30 mins or more.
