Control Wizard Daily Power Icon lit while in enclave, not talk or travel

On auction mission (to learn about) from Sergent somehow my Daily Power started glowing. At first I ignored it but found no responces from NPC's and no ability to travel thru gates to other areas. Finally executed Daily Power in auction area then things went back to normal. The game played very well other then that. A helpfull feature would be a search function. When looking for information about "Bounty Contact" or on "Icons for Companion" it was not noted where or how to search for leads/data on subject. Long term I'm sure there will be online discussions to help but short term a comand prompt / search would be helpfull.
