1. dungeons would not reset/was empty of all monsters and bosses (even first time ran dungeons)
2. grouping for normal content would not allow quest to advance inside instanced areas (relogging didn't fix it because group status)
3. enemies would teleport through walls when you went out of line of sight and attack you through the wall or under the floor from outside the map
4. the scaling of some enemies was off, there was some normal enemies none elite in foundry missions that could actually kill you in 1 hit. at level 45 I experienced this with a spider that did 18k damage in 1 hit from the front of me and he was alone.
5. race event queue would let you join a party, enter the event, then instantly boot you out.
6. Cleric healing did not gain from the power stat properly (at level 27 I healed for the same amount I did at level 46 until I equipped a new weapon and I upgraded armors 22 times in that range all increasing my power and recovery) It seemed my healing only increased when the weapon added direct healing
7. Mission levels in the quest tracker did not match the enemies contained with the mission. ran a level 38 quest and it had level 40 enemies inside the instanced area. a few others the same thing, just because you can pick the quest up at level 38 does not make it a level 38 mission it should reflect the level of the monsters and difficulty not the level you can acquire it.
8. dungeon queue for lair of the mad dragon kept adding me to a group that did not exist, it was empty with 1 offline player. (offline players can somehow stay in the queue for dungeons if they lose connection or log out inside the dungeon)
9. the level 48ish ice dungeon's chest at the end was bugged would give no reward
10. changing chat channels would cause the game to disconnect from the server if you had another part of your UI open (bag, character window, social window)
11. Pet UI would cause the pet to sometimes stand there during a fight and not attack due to "invisible walls" they wouldn't even move until fight was done or re-summoned
12. mailboxes did not work to send items or money
13. autostack didn't work when moving items from your bank into your inventory
14. double clicking an item in your bank would not move the item to your inventory
15. after clearing enemies out of areas sometimes you were stuck in combat for that location and could not loot dungeon cache's or chest given the error "you cannot do that at this time" if you move around the corner your out of combat but that location was always in combat at all times even repeating the dungeons.
16. threat from cleric heals generate too quickly, in combat with a boss monster I would wait through half the fight before I would heal anyone in my party and the boss and all his minions still would jump on me with 1 heal like all attacks generate no threats but heals do. after doing 1/3 the bosses health in damage the players lose the bosses attention for a 1k heal thats 9k damage or better being trumped by 1k health points the scale for aggression is unbalanced.
