Here are bugs or strange behavior that I met during the beta weekend 3.
1. Shudden return to windows desktop -> able to return to game not a crash (operating system windows 8 pro)
2. Buy back things from shops show the same thing as the buy selection. Not able to buy back sold items
(This happened during Sundays play.. Earlier in beta weekend no problem.)
3. Rase to the peak sudden "kick out" from event and not able to get back.
4. Some skirmish missions show up in journal but no other info how to take part.. (Maybe just my lack of knowledge what to do)
5. Some times the zone events like spy hunt or treasure hunt doesn't show up under the map when the event is going on.. Still able to take part in event..
saw problem 5 while i was being forced to grind for id scrolls in tower district with my rogue.

The issues Ive had this BWE were as follows:
1. Crashing to desktop-occurs randomly, sometimes I can play for over an hour before the crash and other times I'll crash 2-3 times in 10 min. span. I switched to safemode under options on the launcher and ran the game for several hours and it ran like a dream, no crashes, but the textures looked horrid. So im guessing a real bad memory leak on their end.
2. Moderate rubberbanding-which can occur at anytime or any place. I first noticed the rubberbanding after I played the game in safemode. It was random and would only last for a second or two.
3. Noticed on some quest givers that when they were explaining the quest that the voice overs would get cut off near the end and then silence.
4. Celestial Diamonds-I've had this problem since BWE2 that whenever I receive CDs from praying after several hours they would vanish. Ive lost 7-8 Celestial Diamonds like that since BWE2. How can you save them up for something sweet when they keep falling into the void?
5. Auction House-When attempting to list some potions that are in stacks, they would always appear on the live auction as a single potion. When I cancel those auctions, the correct number of potions would appear in my inv.. Ive tested this on multiple different potions and even tried mousing over the listed potions and they still only show the listing as being 1 potion. This will really mess up buying or selling potions on the AH. Also where you only have a total of 40 listing slots, listing a stack of potions one at a time will eat your slots up fast.
6. I keep getting a system msg. saying I have new mail and the mail icon on the top bar would glow brightly but when I check my mail either via the icon or at the mail man NPC my inbox would always be empty.
I've also experienced the bug you have listed under number 5 as well. The mushroom hunt, relic hunt, devil hunt for sure has this bug.
I havent listed all errors found in-game here as I reported them via the bug icon in-game.
After completing some quests in the Graveyard, I could not take other quests. NPC presented a gray colored exclamation mark but my friends saw it properly and fortunately could take and share quests for me.
1. The quest where you learn praying got stuck and i could not pray.
2. Got stuck in combat with nothing to kill, could not open a gate because of that stuck in instance.
3. Using @ in search for friends and in sending mail, result in when pressing "Alt Gr" all open windows closes.
and some of culloden's nr 2 and 6.
edit remember some more things.
4. Did meet some invisible mobs.
5. When comparing rings and tricksters daggers, first and second slot it only shows 1 slot.
6. Some currency should be account shared and a account bank is missing. Just so that all altoholics out there can have their fun.

Bugs from beta 3
1) When exiting from the entrance of the "beneath skull fortress" instance you port into a rock.
2) After waiting a long time in queue for a dungeon the dungeon is wiped, no baddies, no boss, no treasure. Happened a few times. The third time i didn't run all the way to the end before realizing.
3) I get a system msg, saying I have new mail and the mail icon on the top bar would glow brightly but when I check my mail either via the icon or at the mail man NPC my inbox would always be empty.
4) traps in floor that I could see (as a trickster) but no disarm pop up. Tried walking around it and backing up and re approaching it.
5) Some quest givers did not talk, some did. Not sure if all are supposed to.
6) Animation for Climbing ladders was wonkey.
7) End boss in "beneth skull fortress" and the wolf one on the mountain forgot name, were way hard on solo, had to get another to help. Most of the early ones were way easy.
8) Celestial Diamonds-I've had this problem since BWE2 that whenever I receive CDs they would vanish. Ive lost 7-8 Celestial Diamonds like that since BWE2. How can you save them up for something sweet when they keep falling into the void?
- I noticed a system message pop up once that said resetting you "CD" to zero.-
9)I thought that healers pulled too much agro. didn't play one, but when in groups the tanks and damage dealers had to run to get baddies off healers.

To cullens post number 6. I caught a system message once that said resetting your celestial diamonds to zero. I never had more than one before it happened. I am assuming by level 50 I should have had a few.

My list of BW3 bugs:
Auction House returning no results even when you know there are things on it. AH worked reasonably well on Day 1, Day 2 it started deteriorating during the stress test event, and was completely dead for me by that evening. I only got results to show one more time after that, and that was for the Companions option. From Saturday night until the end of BW3, I was never able to get another result to show up on the AH.
Riding mounts in PvP matches. You can't be serious as to leave that in or PvP in instanced maps will be DOA. (I am quite sure you readers can figure out the many reasons why, especially if someone has a rank 3 mount + high int/wis/dex stats).
Control Wizards being able to target and cast on stealthed Tricksters with single-target control effects at full range, that require a target that is LOS (aka not in stealth).
Players that are Dazed/Stunned in PvP still being able to run around like they had no effect applied even when the animation was floating above their heads.
Many, MANY traps having no interaction available.
Winning Need on items in dungeons/skirmishes sometimes rewarded you with a completely different item from what was rolled on or no item at all, even if bag space was available. The item in question was also removed from the ground/chest by that system so it couldn't be manually looted either.
Bounty Master missing from Protector's Enclave.
Not sure if this is a bug, but was annoying none the less: Once you hit L26, normal merchants that sell arms/armor/jewelry only list white "trash" items for sale, when even at L25 they still listed many blue "rare" items up to L32. Some of those items were NOT available from the Seals vendors either even when they were supposed to be.
Clicking any mouse button while mounted, automatically dismounts you. This is a big no-no.
The mouse look thing needs a way to turn it on and off without having to open a window like Character Sheet first. This "permanent" mouse look made it extremely frustrating to attempt to use the chat box and mail. The frakking screen kept waggling around in the background when the Mail window was open, and couldn't click on anything in the chatbox area for instance, without again, first opening some other screen first, like the Character or Queue screens.
Threat was too high on Clerics and Rogues, I could easily pull from both main and off-tanks while hardly doing anything. This was especially annoying on the final bosses in Skirmishes or Dungeons, when I'd have the boss chasing me around the entire fight (after using less than 5 abilities the entire fight) and the Guardians and GWFs couldn't get aggro back for anything. I think there is a more narrow bug to this involving healers: Devoted Clerics who also use healing pots seem to leap to the top of the aggro table and can't escape from it.
Healer targeting was buggy/plain terrible. There needs to be a serious improvement, especially for the single-target heals. A keybind to target next friendly would be a huge improvement.
Sometimes the in-game voice chat ignored the fact that it was supposed to be turned off, and turned itself back on, but the buttons still showed it as being selected to "off". This could only be worked around by completely closing and restarting the game client, then turning it back off.
Lion Seal vendor listed many duplicate items for sale when viewed on my Trickster. For instance: It would list the identical L20 armor several times as being for sale instead of the items that were supposed to be there. Not sure if this would also apply to the other Seal vendors, as I only got to L26 during BW3.
Another Need/Greed/Pass issue: When looting "normal" chests while in a group, sometimes the blue "rare" items would be put up for a roll and sometimes not. Green items were never put up for a roll.
Training Companions: There was a distinct difference between the time it claimed it would take for your Companion to train, and the actual time it took. I had one that said it would take 55 minutes to finish, and the actual completion time was 2.5 hrs later.
Prayer timers: Sometimes these would go wonkey. If you were not standing in a campfire, it would sometimes show you as being able to go to one and pray. So, you would do so. Only problem is, when you'd attempt to do so, it would pop up an error message saying you couldn't do that yet, and then the cooldown timer would show up on the Pray icon.
NPC "leashing" : This needs to be addressed. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature to help trolls have a good time, but a player with a higher level/gear than the area in question calls for, can go around and pull MANY groups of NPCs, run across the map to where they know level appropriate players are, and the NPCs will wipe the floor with them while that player basically gets away with no damage.
I tested the leashing on my Trickster, I could pull up to 15+ groups and they followed me around the entire area "instance" until I was able to drop them on a "campfire/spawn spot" and any NPC "guards" or players that happened to be there. Hilarity ensued depending on your point of view, as I could then stand in the campfire and click on a nearby "good" NPC to enter a conversation or merchant window, and take no damage whatsoever from all of the NPCs I had pulled, as it put me "out of combat". I think I had about 30 on me at that point, and a pile of player corpses in the vicinity (and angry, ANGRY messages).
There are more, but some of them were so minor as to be things like missing icons for Runestones when slotted in gear, etc.
How Cryptic trolls the entire NWO playerbase: 9200 GS listed for CN, implying anyone who needs more has no skill.
