Enchanting items, armors and weapons, Crit Enchanting?

Hi all

I been doing some Enchanting of my items and have noticed something i hope some of you can help me with:

For enchanting an Item, lets say a ring with a red socket. You need to find a enchanting " Stone" with a red bonus on it to give the efftect. But what i have noticed is that some of the " Stones" ( Sigils, brands, emblems, runestones, and glyphs ) have the names in blue and some in white. and that sometimes when you enchant you get 3 times the effect!!

Let me give an example:

I have a ring with at red socket. I wish to have more Power so i find a Radian Sigil 3 with:

- "Yellow" 4% Gold gain ( White text )
- "Blue" 350 Maximum Hit Pints ( White text )
- " Red" 35 Power. ( Blue Text )

But after I have enchanted my ring the result is + 106 Power!! not the named +35 Power.

So now I ask you all, does any one know how the reult becomes a " crit " result.
I have tried to slot Blue text bonuses into same colored slots but no " crit Result...
