Not being offered new quests

At level 17 I've found that the quest chain seems to have become broken for my character. I'm currently in Blackdagger Ruins, and the last quest I was offered was the one from Old Lenn which eventually introduces me to Xalliana. However, since talking to her she offers no new quests, and I'm not getting any off of anyone else in any of the other zones either.

EDIT: Okay, since reaching level 19 I'm now being offered quests again. However I didn't notice this gap in leveling in the last beta test.

At 25 and 27 respectively playing as a duo.

Our characters have been stuck in 3 foundry quests not being able to exit this beta. The last time, abandoning and restarting the game didn't work, this morning I noticed something has timed out and I'm back outside. So we can at least do something else.

The level 25 has done everything the 27 has done, but that character has lost the ability to get quests and it is showing now in level experience. Something broke in the Graveyard and we haven't been able to figure out how to get it righted. The 27 gets the quests and shares with the 25 at this point.

Now neither can progress past quest Dragon Attack, because the lady inside the quest, choosing her dialog option does nothing. I haven't tried this morning, but we tried 3 times last evening. I do hold some hope as we ended Friday night in somewhat the same way. We were clicking on the next thing to do and nothing, next morning it worked.

But we are now just thinking that either the 25 is corrupt or both of us are. Too many quest things are breaking. We'll give it a go a bit today, but we are prepared to abandon them. Obviously this will need to be fixed.

As for getting stuck in instances, is there a button to simply exit/cancel? If not I think we could use one with buggy Foundry missions.
