Computer restarts with no BSOD

Im worried about my computer im pretty sure its not my rigs fault and i was wondering does anyone else have the problem of: Playing fine everything going smooth and your system restarts.

    The CPU or GPU is overheating. Put a fan on it, or if its a laptop, set it on an icepack.

    No its not i have a brand new heat sink and fan and have two case fans in. My system runs at 5 to 20c degrees doesnt even get warm to the touch. And only happens playing this game no other game.
