massive crash

on my compaq presario CQ60-215DX with Windows 7 Ultimate, 2GHz processor and NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G. it overheated and shut down about 3 times and 3 times when i did get the game running and logged in, the graphics driver crashed repeatedly until i got a blue screen of death. the game looked good up until then. i give up though. you win. i can't play it. :(:(:( :mad:

    Thanks for the information!

    It's certainly the first time we saw anything like that reported. Did you follow any basic troubleshooting steps like upgrading drivers and such before giving up? :(

    the last time i tried upgrading my graphics drivers was a total failure. it removed them completely and i had to reinstall the old version. i'm running driver version 296.10 for the GeForce 8200M G with DirectX runtime version 11. sadly i only have 256Mb dedicated graphics ram.
