What are/where can I get Icons (equipment)?

My Cleric Disciple companion can equip an "icon", plus a ring and necklace on later levels. I figured icons were one of the slots on a cleric, but where can I get one?

    Icons are cleric accessory's, you can find them in the auction under equipment > off hand, use the class filter "devoted cleric".

    Also through drops not sure where else.
