I do realize this is beta, but how soon can those us with 2-4 Video cards per rig, change the Textures of all from Low to High,Ultra settings?
I dont mean the in game Textures all, cause have all set to max on DX11.
The biggest thing hurting the graphics looks of the game atm, are the low ress textures, I do realize its beta, and alot have very low end pcs to low end to medium so cryptic decided to nerf the textures to low setting, even with all jacked up in game options under video.
However how soon will Cryptic allow us to change it for those with tons, tons of Ram,SSD drives 2-4 Video cards in SLI etc?
If knew what numbers were for the highest settings for the INI would go change them myself and test it out.
If you look into your settings you will notice that you're actually running in windowed full screen. The full screen capability is pretty hindered at this point, that's why you cant have software like TeamViewer running whilst you play.

I had a very similar problem, I was getting a weird mix of low and high-res textures. I even wrote a bug report.
I actually want the game to run in "full screen windowed" mode, because I use 2 screems, with browser/teamspeak/... on the 2nd screen.
Here is my fix for the texture problem: Open the ingame options menu. Go to the "VIDEO" tab. Scroll all the way down, ignoring all the usual settings (I assume you have those already set correctly). Down at the bottom of the video tab is a bar that says "Troubleshooting". That bar is actually a toggle for another section of settings. Hit it to find the troubleshooting settings.
The first setting is called "World texture quality" - for some reason it sits at 150% (don't ask me how a texture can be better than 100%, assuming 100% means full resolution).
I left everything as it was in this section, there are only 2 settings we need here: "Reduced file streaming" was set to "On", this needs to be "Off". The second setting is the "Video memory limit", set this to the correct amount of VRAM your graphics card has. Normally it is set to "Auto".
With those 2 little changes I constantly get high-res textures everywhere.
