Not giving access, showing "server down"

Ok, so I am a lifer with STO, i am familiar with the client, but i am so confused about this, it seems like people are logging in, and this was really my chance whether to get the hero of the north pack or not depending on what i thought about the game at this point. Can anyone help me? I can get in to the defiance beta no problem and i got the key for this beta weekend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
