Astral Diamonds missing

I logged in for Beta weekend three and I see that my AD total is missing the original 175,000 AD my total is 1,825,000 and I haven't claimed any. (Actually I didn't even know how to claim it until I went through all the menus this time.)
Is anyone else getting this? Can someone fix this please? I already paid $200, and I'd kinda like to get the package I paid for.
