Voice acting, gone

When you start a new character all the voice acting is gone...:(

    Even if you delete all the characters and start anew the voice acting is gone, so I guess it's a one time thing luxury...

    not sure on this voice is fine for me except the journal quests my charcter wont speak them aloud as my friends seemed too

    The voice acting was there when you first create a character, if you create a new character it's gone.
