Character creation

Hi,

When I go into character creation, get down to the fine details, I select the eye selections tab AND my game crashes. I've reinstalled the game, I've done cache verification and I've made sure my specs are up to requirements, and they surpass them. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It seems complexions causes crashing of the game client on my end of things to.

    I just also turned off all graphical enhancers and lowered the graphics quality to see if it would help, it did not and the crashing still happens. Now I've run out of solutions on my end of the client, your turn! :mad:

    im having the same exact problem. I re installed and the problem persists. I finally got to make a character in the character creation screen after many crashes.... completed it. But, now crash occurs as my toon logs in. corrupted pig files - fatal error.

    I am having a similar issue.
    as I launch the game it crashes right as the character select page starts to load.

    I made my character using preset values instead of custom this time and it is crashing after I click play on the character select menu.

    I love beta issues, don't you?

    I just purged all cryptic/neverwinter files from my computer, rebooted, and reinstalled the game and it seemed to fix this issue.

    thanks purge and re-install worked for me also.
