Close to the Crown Quest

THe two guards never showed up to kill and now my character is totally stuck. I have tried the "Kill Me" option and the original door never reset to allow me to leave. Now all I can do is walk around aimlessly and never leave. I submitted a GM request and waited 20 minutes w/no response.. Please help

    I'm in the same situation right now. Karzov's guards didn't spawn, and there is no way out of the safehouse.

    Edit: I was able to exit the instance by logging out for a short time, but I continued to experience this issue after I re-entered. After a few failed attempts, I hit the ESC key during the cutscene where the guards tell Karzov to run, and the guards spawned, allowing me to continue and complete the quest.
