Various mouses tried, all drivers (sound, GFX, mouse, keyboard) all up to date.
Tried uninstalling and letting windows drivers do the job.
I have gone into mouse options and ensured that snap to grid and enhance precision are both turned off.
I've turned my resolution down in game
I've used DX9 and DX11
I've tried different USB ports.
Windows is fully up to date
Only happens in Cryptic games for some reason, same problem in Champions.
Issue is this: when I right click, the view jumps around. When I release the right button, it jumps again, ending up looking straight down at the character.
If I swap the buttons around in windows (i.e. left becomes right) then the problem transfers to the left button (i.e. the mouse buttons themselves are working fine, its a software or driver issue).
If I swap them over in game, nothing changes in terms of the camera jumping around (though left click becomes the right at will power as expected).
Regardless of what I do, middle button does exactly the same thing.
Game is currently unplayable*, I can find nothing on google to help (that works). Hopefully someone here can.
*for a given value of unplayable. I mean unplayable as intended. I am now going to go experiment with key bindings as an alternative and see if I can get something that works for me

I have this same problem with my middle mouse button. Did you ever find a solution? It's driving me insane. It didn't even start out doing it, just started happening for some reason. :-(
