Cant Delete My Characters

Anyone know how to fix this??? Even after typing thier names i cant delete my character, wanted to try a new class no i cant :( anyone know how to fix this would be a help

    Same issue. I am unable to delete characters.

    I'm having the same problem. I put in 2 tickets for it, but looking at my tickets ingame show that i haven't. i guess that another bug.

    Sent a e-mail to customer service and the response I got had nothing to do with me issue with not being able to delete characters.

    You guys sure? because I have encounter these and thought its a bug. Once you press delete character it says there type the name of the character that will be deleted right? but the name of the character is already typed in the bar. press the bar where you're to type it then type the character's name. Then your character name in the name bar that wasnt type by you will disappear and be replace by the letter you type in. Also it doesnt delete ur character instantly it takes few seconds for the deleting process to finish.

    When I deleted a character the character's name is already there so im not sure if these also happened to you guys when I deleted a character .
