Stealth Meter Randomly Depletes Itself

Sometimes, after using Stealth during an encounter, the meter seemed to refuse to refill. It filled up when I used the Decoy and Shadow Strike powers, but then immediately began to deplete itself slowly when it should've been staying full. This problem would persist until the encounter was over and I was officially out of combat. There was no apparent cause for the meter depleting itself, it looked entirely random.

yes I have faced some thing like this.. while in combat it refuses to fill... and suddenly after its done or i have run far enough away it starts filling up.. I hope this isn't intentional...

Not sure if this is affecting multiple people or the rare few. PLease do make ticket reports for PWE to investigate! Thanks for letting them know!
