So starting out this info current as of 03/10/13
Race: Dwarf
Main Attributes
Willpower 20-damage bonus, bonus healing, cntrol bonus, control resist
Secondary Attributes
Charisma 13- recharge speed, action point gain, companion stat, combat advantage,
Strength 13- DoT damage Resist, Critical chance, stamina regen
Other Attributes:
Constitution 10- increases max HP
Dexterity 10- AOE damage resit, deflection chance,
intelligence 10- recharge speed
These are the stats i would consider primary for a healing cleric which is what i tend to play.
Main stats:
Power-contributes to damage and healing bonus
Recovery-recharge speed and action point gain
Critical Strike- critical change with damaging and healing abilities
now this is where you need to know weather you want to heal or kill, I personally will heal so this is my setup let me know what you think.
Feats:
Healing action 5/5- grants 1/2/3% more action point when you use a heal ability
Greater Fortune 3/3- Wisdom grants 1/2/3% more healing
Domain Synergy 5/5- grants 1/2/3/4/5% more recovery
Repurpose Soul 3/3- when you sends small AOE heal for 5/10/15% of the heal
Side note at level 20 i was healing for 348k in dungeons
This is just a start but for a healing cleric this is what i would do early in the game, also the companion i use is a tank bet he tanks while i kill, (i have used a striker pet but they seem to attack slower for some reason)
