This beta confirmed that NW is indeed fun, engaging, addictive and well worth my founders pack investment. Whats really interesting is that throughout my 25 levels of gameplay I have heard people complimenting every class equally...some love the wizards, others can't talk enough how they love the rogue....the Cleric of course doing quite well and then lastly my Guardian which is such a joy to play. Not bad at all for a beta and besides a few hiccups ran admirably well. I can only see the skys the limit to this game and with all the content that can be pumped into this game...it has great potential.
Kudos and good job to Cryptic, /salute.

I liked the bit where I killed a spider with a trap. None of that 'traps only hurt you' BS some games pull.
Oh, and the time my fighter punted a great big wererat across the room with her charge attack. That was fun, too.
So, yeah. Few little things I would like (more than one type of weapon per class! Bards!) but, overall, I enjoyed it. And that's what games are for, so good job there.

My favorite thing was the wizard's teleport. Finding something tall to jump off of and teleport in midair is awesome.
But more often, I would find really clever uses for it in battle. For instance, I would find a stairwell that leads down. I would draw my opponents to one side of it, and when they were finished chasing me around, I would teleport over the gap to the other side - of course they wouldn't be able to teleport, so by the time they got back around to me, I had managed to freeze one in place. Then teleport to the other side and do it all over again
