Trying to do a Giveaway for Founder packs!

Hello, I was planing on doing a giveaway for our Guild www.aod-clan.com and I wanted to know if their is a way to purchase these Guardian packs and then just assign them to the winners? We were planning on giving away 2 Guardian packs and 2 Starter Kits. Any info would be great if anyone else had given away packs before.
