Frame Rate in the Neverwinter Town Hub

    I get basically unplayable framerates in the town hub.

    AMD fx-8150 x8
    GTX 670
    8GB RAM

    What I've noticed is the game isn't offloading most of it's graphics processing to my nVidia GTX460's GPU, instead it's throwing it all at my CPU and my Ram, BOTH which are above the recommended requirements. Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66GHZ, 6gb GSkill DDR2.
    Hell my card supports DX11 but I don't have the option to select it, every other game I play that supports it I have the option.

    Cryptic, Explanation please?
