Player Map Instances Problem

When in a group and exiting an instance the game appears to like to put us all in different instances instead of keeping us all together. We have to open the map and see what instance we all have and transfer to that instance. This happened several times yesterday. Got rather annoying.

    Yes, we had that issue as well. Very annoying.

    For me it says that me and my friend are in the same instance but we cannot find each other. Any Ideas?
