Founder items Guy?

where is the NPC to get our in game items for the founders, or how do we get them?

    When you get sent to the guy to pick up the peasant cloths, keep heading west you will see a guy behind a table. That is the Founder Agent. I have the issue that I can not see my founder Email, so he only has my bag there.

    Press "M" for map. Founder agent is 8 on the list.
