In search of a PvE focused guild

Like the title says, looking for a PvE guild to run dungeons etc. with when the game is released and in any beta weekends. I'm a Kiwi but timezone doesn't really matter so much as i tend to play rather strange hours. I also have ts3 and a mic if it is a requirement
