Alt View Stuck - Can't Click

My screen is sorta greyed over like it normally would be in Alt view mode except it is like that when I'm not in Alt mode. I also can't click on things (for example I could bring up the Bug interface using /bug but then I can't click on any of the categories for my bug) so I'm unable to submit it through the game right now. I'm not sure what prompted this. I had just rested at a campfire, then I just attempted to talk to Kynorath Greybeard in the Tower District about Hunting the Relics (which I had just recently completed that contest and won the gold level with 7 relics a few minutes prior.)
