Login Server Timeout and no founder pack items

Was able to log in earlier. Now the login server times out. Also my character does not have his Founder items. Was a key supposed to be sent to me for the Founders purchase?

    Having the same issue, been playing fine since the servers opened up; I just got kicked from the game and now the login seems to just time out.

    NVM evidently their is an ingame Founder Agent. Would have been nice to be told this in my Founders email. Had me all worried I wasted $60.
